Client Responsibilities Attend sessions regularly and on time. Actively participate in therapy and complete agreed-upon strategies between sessions. Notify the psychologist of any changes in circumstances that may impact treatment. 8. Communication and Emergency Support Eutierria Psychology is not an emergency service. Emails and phone calls will be responded to within a reasonable timeframe but are not for urgent matters. 9. Termination of Therapy Therapy is a collaborative process. The decision to end therapy can be made mutually based on progress and goals. If a client disengages without communication, therapy may be considered inactive after a reasonable period.
